1.21pm Saturday afternoon. I invited a Neurologist from the US to come down and have a look at Jaana. Yesterday he examined her to find out what could have caused her stroke, which we so far do not know, and to come up with any new things we can do to improve the speed of recovery. He confirmed that the current rehabilitation program is most effective, but also had some suggestion of other things to aid Jaana in her efforts. It might very well be that I take Jaana to Miami from a couple of days in May to conduct some further tests and treatments. Later in the evening, he met with all the therapists to get their input and talk to them. In the meeting Jaana was present and I think she could rest some of her fears when she heard such a professional talk to her/me/the therapists.
The boys are just back from surfing and Camille from golf. They are all enjoying their last days of freedom before school starts next week.

Hej!
Vad bra du ordnar med allt, Jugge. Så fint med halsbandet till Parmi, jag förstår att det måste ha känts värmande för henne.
Jag tänker på dig, Jaana, varm kram!

I hope you enjoyed the photos I sent. I particularly love the one of Camille and her expresso smile. We have been two weeks back in school and it is busy. Ron is playing lacrosse. Jan and Pelle are playing soccer and Ashley is rehearsing for an upcoming dance performance. Pelle tells us that when he grows up he is moving to Barbados. He shared his conch shell with his class today and told his teacher that the fisherman drink alot of rum.
I think of you everytime I go for a run. I want to quit and then I think how hard you work everyday so I push myself further. Jaana you are my inspiration. By next October 12th I plan to run the Chicago Marathon and it is the hope I have in you that keeps me going. Did I mention I do not even like to run.
It is time to read to the boys and get them in bed.
Happy Belated Birthday to Parmi.
All my best to Jorgen and the kids.
